Parts produced from the CNC Turret Punch Press usually fall into the high volume, light gauge category. At speeds of up to 500 hits per minute, and accuracy of .001mm products similar to those shown here are an ideal application.

Materials in the 0.5 to 2mm Stainless Steel, 0.5 to 4mm MIld Steel and Aluminium are most common. Whilst repetive volume quantities are the turret punch's bread and butter, smaller quantity work is also very economical, due mainly to the speed of the Off-line Programming facility and easy machine setup.
